资源简介:

These are data and scripts associated with our Cephalalaspidea phylogenomics project. The goal of this study was to examine whether transcriptomic data could help resolve phylogenetic relationships among cephalaspidean gastropods (bubble snails and head shield slugs). Understanding the evolutionary relationships within this charismatic group of snails and slugs will help us to understand the evolution of the shell, including shell reduction, internalization, and loss, which has led to an array of slug-like forms within gastropods. Included here are the transcriptome nucleotide assemblies, peptide assemblies that were used in OMA orthology, OMA parameter file, assembled mitochondrial fragments for Haminoeidae sp. MCZ Mala 387550, the matrices we analyzed, analysis scripts and output files. Raw reads and specimen information can be accessed at NCBI SRA under BioProject PRJNA631016.
