2 biological replicates of three S. cerevisiae mediator mutant strains and their parent strain were 4tU labeled. After labeled RNA purification, RNA-seq libraries were produced and sequenced.
针对三株酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae，简称S. cerevisiae）中介体突变菌株及其亲本菌株，各设置2个生物学重复样本并经4-硫尿嘧啶（4-thiouracil，简称4tU）标记。完成标记RNA的纯化后，构建RNA测序（RNA-seq）文库并完成测序。
