The three-story building features an arcade walkway on the ground floor, wrought iron balconies on the upper floors, and corrugated metal awnings extending beyond the walkways on the second and ground floor. A buggy can be seen moving down the street while another buggy and a horse-drawn carriage is parked along the side of the building. Half a dozen bicycles are leaning against the pillars on an adjacent building where the buggy is parked. The adjacent building has similar architecture as the previously described building. Trees and other buildings can be seen further down the dirt road. Legible signs included: "[...]rrell", "E.O. Miller, attorney at law", "Doctor Page", "S.C. Pag[e], physician & surgeon".
