资源简介:

A literature review was conducted in the context of the development of the population ecological individual-based spatially-explicit computer model APODEMUS that simulates the population dynamics of the wood mouse (Apodemus sylvaticus) in the agricultural landscape (Singer A et al. (2026) Concept for APODEMUS – a wood mouse population model for pesticide risk assessment. Food and Ecological Systems Modelling Journal 7: e175714. doi: 10.3897/fmj.7.175714). From published studies conducted in Europe, parameters and their values were compiled that can inform wood mouse ecological traits relevant for population modelling. A total of 2387 publications were retrieved based on standardised key word search. From those, 341 publications were identified as eligible for review based on pre-defined criteria. Ecological parameters were extracted from these publications, resulting in a total of 1295 information items on ecological parameters, grouped in 9 categories (adapted from Raimondo S et al. (2021) Pop-guide: Population modeling guidance, use, interpretation, and development for ecological risk assessment. Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management 17: 767–784. doi: 10.1002/ieam.4377): Mortality/ Life expectancy, Reproduction, Ontogenesis/ Maturation, Morphology/ Weight (Dynamic energy budget theory parameters), Population size/ growth/ sex ratio, Home range/ Movement/ Dispersal, Habitat, Behaviour, and Diet. For most publications and parameters, values were not extracted. Rather, details were recorded on where they are reported in the publication (table, figure or page number), meaning, study methodology and study conditions. This information facilitates retrieval of the published parameter values while maintaining their specific study and ecological context. The record contains: The description of the standardised review methodology An overview of the data tables A table with bibliographic information on publications from which data was extracted A table with the extracted ecological parameters and meta data Tables with all publications deemed ineligible, and the reasons for excluding them.
