Static theme. Shows data for the Natura 2000 baseline analysis 2022-2027 revised in 2021, which is the basis for the 2022 consultation of Natura 2000 plans 2022-2027. The theme shows position data for fishing vessels with non-bottom trolling gears within the Natura 2000 areas. Position data for fishing vessels with non-bottom trolling gears are calculated for vessels with gillnets in the period 2013-2018. The potential fishing is shown on the map with VMS (Vessel Monitoring System) data. VMS data are shown less frequently on the map than AIS (Automatic Identification System) data, as these are only to be sent once per hour from vessels above 12 metres.
