Transcriptional profiling of ahp4 versus wt in roots and shoots

Bulk RNA-seq data data sets were generated for mutant and wild-type roots of 7 day old plants, with and without cytokinin treatment Plants were grown for 7d. They were dissected at the hypocotyl to make to pools. Half the pools were treated with 100 nM BA for 2h, the other half with a mock DMSO treatment. Mutant (ahp4-2) and wild-type were compared.
