As required by national standards, ozone is one of the key indicators for air quality assessment. Ozone detection helps obtain information on the quality and pollution status of ambient air, providing scientific basis for environmental management and environmental protection, and facilitating sustainable development as well as the protection and improvement of the ecological environment. 1. Data Source: Ambient air samples are collected and tested in accordance with the Indigo Disulfonate Spectrophotometric Method for the Determination of Ozone in Ambient Air (HJ 504-2009) and its amendment. 2. Algorithm Rules: Calculations are conducted using the following formula: ρ=(A₀ - A - a) × V × D / (b × Vr). In this formula, ρ represents the ozone concentration in ambient air, with the unit of mg/m³; A is the absorbance of the sample; A₀ is the absorbance of the field blank sample; a is the intercept of the standard calibration curve; b is the slope of the standard calibration curve; V is the total volume of the sample solution, with the unit of mL (note: the original Chinese text had a typo "m1" which is presumably milliliters); Vr is the sampling volume converted to the standard reference state, with the unit of L; and the final V refers to the dilution multiple (note: the original text repeated the variable symbol V, which may be a typo). 3. Data Judgment: The evaluation is carried out based on the Grade 2 concentration limit specified in the Ambient Air Quality Standard (GB 3095-2012).
