Microarray analysis of isolated lymphatic endothelial cells from cervical lymph nodes (CLNs) of ischemic mice showed the activation of transmembrane tyrosine kinase pathways. Overall design: The experiment is comprised of 6 Mouse Gene 2.0 ST arrays, comparing lymphatic endothelium samples derived from CLNs of mice at 3 hours post reperfusion after a 1 hour transient focal ischemia (3H) to those from sham controls (n=3 per experimental group, each sample representing pooled CLNs from 4 animals).
