Quantified results and statistical analyses for Tomasek et al., "Targeted lysosomal activation in bladder epithelium enhances clearance of intracellular uropathogenic Escherichia coli"

This dataset contains the quantified results, calculations, normalization and statistical analyses underlying the figures in the associated manuscript. Files are organized one workbook per main-text figure (Fig 1–Fig 8) and supplementary figure (S1-S10 Fig), with each workbook containing worksheet(s) per figure panel for the data/results and one for the statistics. Files contain also bioinformatic outputs (plots) for transcriptomics data (Fig3 and S3 Figure). Raw and processed microscopy imaging data underlying these results are deposited separately at the BioImage Archive [https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/submissions/edit/S-BIAD3885].
