Spontaneous Pregnancy Rate After Surgical Resection of Bowel Endometriosis in Infertile Women: A Meta-analysis of Proportions — Data and Analysis Code

Complete extracted dataset and R analysis code for a systematic review and meta-analysis of the spontaneous pregnancy rate following surgical resection of bowel endometriosis in infertile women (24 studies, 3,337 participants, 10 countries, 2009–2025). The primary pooled estimate was 31.6% (95% CI 25.9–37.5) across 18 studies and 1,269 infertile women. The deposit includes study characteristics, the primary proportion pool, the comparative pool, secondary outcomes (live birth, spontaneous miscarriage, major surgical complications), and domain-level ROBINS-I and RoB 2 judgments, together with an R script that reproduces every reported result. Prospectively registered on PROSPERO (CRD420251109417). Note on interpretation: this is a synthesis of single-arm proportions without a contemporary non-surgical comparator. The data describe post-operative fertility and provide a benchmark for counselling, but do not establish that surgery improves spontaneous conception.
