Genomic prediction of cotton fibre quality and yield traits using Bayesian regression methods

"Genotype data.txt": The genotype data of 1385 Australian cotton breeding lines. Row represent individuals, and column represents SNPs (in total 12296 SNPs). The matrices are coded as -1, 0 and 1 for genotypes AA, AB and BB, respectively. “Genetic map.txt”: The physical genetic map of the 11296 SNPs (order is one-to-one corresponded to the SNPs in “genotype data.txt”). "A matrix.txt": The pedigree-based relatedness coefficient matrix of the 1385 cotton breeding lines (order of the data is in line with “genotype data.txt”). “Phenotype data.txt”: The phenotype records for the 1385 cotton breeding lines. There are in total 1907 phenotype observations (some breeding lines have multiple observations).
