Agilent SBC-ceRNA microarray chips were employed to detect the 3 normal plasma cells (NPCs), 5 lgD MM samples and 5 lgG MM samples respectively.

We report the application of SBC-ceRNA microarray chips of diffenertially expressed circRNAs in IgD MM for high-throughput profiling of healthy controls, clinical IgG MM and IgD MM patients using SBC-ceRNA(homo 4*180K) chip.A total of 28,456 circRNAs were identified and 5939 were differentially expressed between IgD MM and IgG MM tissues 5 IgD samples,5 IgG MM samples and 3normal plasma cells (NPCs) from healthy controls to study the diffenertially expressed circRNAs in IgD MM.
