The Mas Cerca Plan is a linear layer that is generated with the intention of meeting the objectives of accessibility, safety, and conservation of the Andalusian road network, for this it reflects two types of data: graphs and alphanumerics related to each other. The graphic data correspond to the paths of the roads and the alphanumeric data are formed by tables with different fields that contain information about the paths of the same. The information has been collected at various observational levels, although it is assumed that 1:5,000 would be the minimum scale to which representation is reliable. The data, which are in shape format, are continuously updated since 2004 in the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the body responsible for information.
