Transcriptomic data of three blueberry varieties in response to cold and drought stress during the overwintering period

In China, the Liaodong Peninsula is an important growing area due to the high organic matter content of the soil, the abundance of light and the large temperature difference between day and night. However, the cold temperatures and relatively low air humidity in early spring in Liaoning Peninsula are the main reasons for the damage caused by Blueberry. Here, we documented the transcriptome dynamics to cold and drought stress in three blueberry cultivars.
