16S full-length sequencing based on Oxford Nanopore Technology revealed association between gut-pharyngeal microbiota and tuberculosis in long-tailed macaque

This study aimed to explore the association between gut-pharyngeal microbiome and TB stages (TB (-) control, TB (+) latent and TB (+) active groups) in long-tailed macaque using the full-length 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing based on Oxford Nanopore Technologies.
