资源简介:
The goal of this study was to investigate how different tree species influence soil microbial communities in temperate forest ecosystems. Using next-generation sequencing of fungal DNA, we compared microbial diversity and composition in soils beneath Tilia cordata, Fagus sylvatica, and Quercus petraea. The study highlights species-specific effects on microbial structure and soil chemistry, providing insights into tree-soil-microbe interactions. These findings are relevant for forest ecology, biodiversity conservation, and soil management practices.
