Effects of Different Root-Promoting Agents Root Development and Rhizosphere Microbial Community in Flue-cured Tobacco

To comprehensively explore the impacts of diverse root-promoting agents on the root development and rhizosphere microbial communities in flue-cured tobacco during the seedling stage, a pot experiment was conducted in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Yunyan 87 was selected as the experimental material. Four treatments were established: CK (control group, treated with sterile water), T1 (application of Bacillus subtiliss-LV), T2 (application of compound amino acids), and T3 (application of Agri-star soil-loosening and root-promoting agent).
