Source Data for: Warm temperature suppresses plant systemic acquired resistance by intercepting N-hydroxypipecolic acid biosynthesis

This dataset contains the Source Data for panels used to construct Figures 1 to 5 and Supplementary Figures S1 to S8 in "Warm temperature suppresses plant systemic acquired resistance by intercepting N ‐hydroxypipecolic acid biosynthesis" (<i>The Plant Journal</i>, 2025, <a href="https://doi.org/10.1111/tpj.70374">https://doi.org/10.1111/tpj.70374</a>).<p><p> Included are 13 Excel files corresponding to each Figure and Supplementary Figure in the paper, with each sheet corresponding to an individual panel. The generation of these data are described in full detail in the Materials and Methods section of the paper, which includes in planta bacterial growth levels, SAR disease assays, gene expression analyses and metabolite measurements (pipecolic acid, N-hydroxypipecolic acid and salicylic acid).
