For each circuit court sitting at Maitland, Berrima, and Bathurst, date cause to be heard, date cause entered, number of cause, names of plaintiff, defendant and respective attorneys are given. From 3rd Term 1842 cause lists were broken down into undefended causes, defended causes, common jury causes, and special jury causes.(5/3117). 1 vol.
