Variability of Mutational Variance Estimates

We extracted published estimates of mutational variance from the literature (README_MA_Meta.txt; MutationalVarianecPublishedEstimates.csv).We performed a formal meta-analysis on a subset of these meeting study criteria. To further investigate causes of variability in estimates of mutational variance, we conducted a manipulative experiment, and analysed wing traits (shape and size) in Drosophila serrata (README_MA_dserrata_wings.txt; MA_dserrata_wings.csv).
