Data from: Overstory mortality promotes juvenile piñon pine growth during favorable weather at cooler, wetter sites

This dataset includes field-sampled juvenile tree growth measurements of
branches and needles, and within-plot location data for all juveniles
present in sample plots.  These data were the basis for analyses
of branch and needle growth following an overstory tree mortality event
(induced via girdling), as compared to mean growth prior to
mortality.  Analyses included plot and site information for
overstory tree density and juvenile competition in post-mortality years.
