Factors governing the transcriptome changes and chronological lifespan of fission yeast during phosphate starvation I

RNA-seq analysis compares gene expression of the fission yeast (Schizossacharomyces pombe) ecl123∆ mutant at various times after phosphate starvation (4, 8, 12, 24, 36 and 48h) to the ecl123∆ mutant fission yeast strain grown in phosphate replete conditions (0h, prior to phosphate starvation). 6 test samples and 1 control sample were processed (each sample has 3 replicate experiments).
