Seroprevalence of Zika in the Malaysian population A cross-sectional study

This dataset contains individual-level data from a population-based Zika virus serosurvey conducted in Johor, Kedah, and Sabah, Malaysia, from April to July 2017. The dataset includes demographic variables, serological test results, and relevant exposure information. The version deposited here represents a processed dataset used for analysis, including data cleaning, variable harmonisation, and exclusion of incomplete records. The original data are available from the National Institutes of Health Data Repository System (https://nihdars.nih.gov.my) and requires formal application and approval for access. Files are provided in .csv format and are suitable for use in standard statistical software.
