ChickenGTEx

This database contains multiple types of data including gene expression, exon expression, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) expression, 3'UTR alternative polyadenylation, alternative splicing, and variant QTLs, providing valuable references for basic biological research on development, immune response, tissue/cell type specificity and other related research directions.
