When completing network access registration with China Unicom, users authorize the collection of their latest active time data via the network access agreement. Such collected data is processed through data desensitization to generate the anonymized dataset of users' latest active time. Pursuant to China Unicom's User Privacy Policy, during subsequent usage scenarios, this user data may only be invoked for the purpose of querying a user's latest active time by entering their mobile phone number, after obtaining separate explicit authorization from the user.
