RNA-seq data of a Hoya macgillivrayi leaf infected with CiLV-C2H

RNA Sequencing data from a leaf sample of Hoya macgillivrayi infected with citrus leprosis virus C2 hibiscus strain. Total RNA was subjected to rRNA depletion and library preparation using a TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Library Preparation Kit with Ribo-Zero Plant (Illumina, San Diego CA, USA). Sequencing was conducted using the MiSeq System with a MiSeq Reagent Kit v2 (300 cycles, Illumina) to generate 150 bp paired-end reads.
