Soil organic carbon mineralization in response to warming during the ecological restoration of mine slope

The mineralization of soil organic carbon in the ecological restoration of mine slopes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is influenced by warming. In this context, an indoor mineralization incubation experiment was conducted. The dataset includes changes in the content of labile carbon components and the cumulative microbial respiration during 10℃, 20℃, and 30℃ incubation periods. Additionally, after mineralization incubation at 3 temperatures, metagenomics was used to determine the differences in microbial composition in the soil. Then, the cladogram of microorganisms was calculated based on LEfSe.
