Processed input tensors, activity pseudo-labels, trained model checkpoints, and per-reaction score outputs underlying the MetaGNN study (TCGA-CRC 220/624, cross-cancer TCGA-BRCA and TCGA-LUAD). All tensors derive from open-access TCGA expression via the NIH GDC; METABRIC and CPTAC-BRCA are governed by their own terms and are not included. verify_reproducibility.py recomputes the BRCA headline metrics from the shipped files.
