The "innate-like" T cell compartment, known as Tinn, encompasses a diverse group of T cells that straddle the boundary between innate and adaptive immunity. We explored the transcriptional landscape of Tinn compared to conventional T cells (Tconv) in the human thymus and blood using scRNA sequencing iNKT cells, MAIT, gd T cells, CD4 SP and CD8 SP T cells were isolated from pediatric human thymus of adult blood by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) using appropriate tetramers, anti-TCRalpha chains and cell surface antibodies.
