Knowledge and attitude of the Swiss population towards human research and its regulations

The aim of the study is to determine thelevel of knowledge and attitudes with regard to human research and human research law, as well as their willingness to participate in studies in the field of human research. The goal is to show whether the population feels protected by the Human Research Act and whether the information provided to the public is sufficient. For this purpose, FORS was mandated by the Human Research and Ethics Section of the Federal Office of Public Health to interview around 2,000 people living in Switzerland.
