We have established human embryonic stem cell lines, including SEES-1, SEES-2, SEES-3, SEES-4, SEES-5, SEES6, and SEES-7. Some genomic mutations must have arisen in these cells during the establishment and subsequent cultivation, posing a risk for their clinical use. To detect such mutations, whole-exome sequencing was performed for these ES cell lines.
