Traffic Network load Canton of Schaffhausen

The “network load” represents the average daily traffic volume (DTV, all weekdays Monday-Sunday) in motorised individual transport (MIV) on one section of the route. The network load depends on the expansion standard (and thus the route capacity) as well as the use of roads (and thus the utilisation of the line). The network load therefore reflects the network hierarchy of national roads (highway), cantonal roads and municipal roads as well as the route choice behaviour of traffic users. The survey year is the year in which the DTV was last measured. The declared and displayed DTV value was extrapolated from the survey year for the valid year.
