Share of SMBs that considered social media marketing courses helpful in the U.S. 2023

During an August 2023 survey, around 69 percent of surveyed small or medium business (SMB) owners considered social media marketing courses helpful (somewhat: 35 percent, or very helpful: 34 percent). Overall, 22 percent of respondent did not consider these courses helpful.
