The municipality’s purchase of actual activities in total, from regions, as a share of the cost of own commitment for actual activities (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. The cost of own commitment is gross cost less internal revenue and sales to other municipalities and regions. In the concept of actual activity, municipal business and joint activities (including premises) have been excluded.
