Epithelial gene expression from a novel mouse model (KPFSR) of pancreatic cancer

This study examines the transcriptional changes invoked in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) epithelium by a conditional deletion of Slc7a11. Overall design: Gene expression data are presented for tumor epithelia from established KPFSR PDA that were either treated with corn oil (control) or tamoxifen (treatment). RNA was extracted after Laser Capture Microdissection guided collection of tumor epithelium from frozen sections.
