The dataset includes XX samples collected from two 80m3 photobioreactors located at the University of Almeria, SE Spain in 2021. One bioreactor was supplemented with wastewater, and the other with clean water and fertilizers. Samples were collected 3 times-week and filtered through 3um and 0.2um polycarbonate filters. 16S rRNA gene was sequenced using Illumina MiSeq (2x300bp). This dataset contains samples from time series 1 (TS1).
