We analyzed rifampicin and multidrug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains from 195 patients in four out of ten regions in Cameroon. High-dose isoniazid resistance and ethambutol resistance proportions were high throughout the study period 2012-2015, and resistance agaianst both drugs were associated with recent transmission, i.e. molecular clusters.
