Geographical scope which determines the dominant land use for a given territory, specifying the main use that can be made of it. For each graphical area the same regulation is applied as defined in the urban planning procedure (PLU, protected area). The facade height of the buildings varies depending on whether the construction or part of the construction is: — in the main or first row constructibility band; — in the secondary or second-tier constructibility band. Coefficient of full earth The full-earth coefficient (CPT), ratio between the surface area consisting of open ground and the total area of the land, differs according to the constructibility bands.
