Severe infectious death is often diagnosed by the post-mortem examination. T he causative microorganism is not often identified due to technical difficulty. It is very important in public health to detect microorganisms in the infectious disease. We sample the specimens and perform the alternative updated gene analysis in addition to the conventional microbiological methods, to diagnose the cause of death is more useful in public health.
