VDR rs739837 and the VDR 3'-UTR T-A-C-A haplotype are associated with ANCA-associated vasculitis susceptibility in a Chinese Han population — summary result tables
收藏资源简介:
Aggregate (non-individual-level) result tables supporting the manuscript "VDR rs739837 and the VDR 3'-UTR T-A-C-A haplotype are associated with ANCA-associated vasculitis susceptibility in a Chinese Han population". The study genotyped 13 single-nucleotide polymorphisms in vitamin D pathway genes (VDR, CYP2R1, CYP24A1) and immune-related genes in 354 patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) and 311 healthy Han Chinese controls. Contents of the archive Table2_per_SNP_allelic.csv — allelic association for all 13 SNPs Table3_genetic_models_and_subgroups.csv — five genetic models plus subgroup analyses for rs739837 Table4_VDR_haplotype.csv — VDR haplotype frequencies (rs739837–rs731236–rs1544410–rs2228570) Table5_machine_learning.csv — machine-learning discrimination performance Table6_clinical_phenotype_and_interaction.csv — clinical phenotype associations and gene–gene interaction tests Analysis_all_SNP_age_sex_adjusted.csv — age- and sex-adjusted models for all SNPs Analysis_PS_covariate_balance.csv, Analysis_PS_weighted_sensitivity.csv — propensity-score covariate balance and weighted sensitivity analyses Analysis_haplotype_dose_response.csv — T-A-C-A haplotype dose–response analysis Analysis_gene_level_LRT.csv — gene-level likelihood-ratio tests Analysis_exploratory_MR.csv — exploratory Mendelian randomization estimates data_dictionary.md — column-by-column definitions; README.md — overview Individual-level data are NOT contained in this record.
