This main folder includes interviews with teachers (Teacher 1-Teacher 53) and ten focus group interview transcripts (Group 1-Group 10) and the semi-structured interviews with ten students, README, and the interview protocols (for teachers and students). This research investigates the dynamic of Chinese cultural resources in intercultural teaching and learning in CE through ethnographic interviews with fifty-three language teachers and ten focus groups involving fifty undergraduate students from non-English majors. Moreover, the researcher purposefully selected ten students from the focus-group interviews for one-on-one semi-structured interviews to gain a deeper understanding of the students’ perspectives on the dynamics of Chinese culture. These ten students were S6, S14, S25, S27, S45, S46, S34, S23, S37, and S39.
