Gene expression profile at single cell level of donor hematopoietic stem cells and multipotent progenitors 3 from bone marrow in control and Tet2 knockout mice.

HSPCs cells exhibit heterogeneous clonal expansion upon Tet2 KO. We used scRNA-seq to analyze the molecular basis for clones exhibiting high levels of expansion. Baroced HSPCs (GFP+) from Tet2 KO and control mice were isolated 13-months post transplantation by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to presence of relevant cell surface markers and GFP.
