This dataset includes the raw metabolomic matrix, sample metadata, R script, and output PCA plot used in Figure 4a of the article: **"Unveiling Stage-Specific Flavonoid Dynamics Underlying Drought Tolerance in Sweet Potato (*Ipomoea batatas* L.) via Integrative Transcriptomic and Metabolomic Analyses"** The PCA plot was generated based on metabolite abundance data from sweet potato leaves collected under different drought stress stages (CK, DS1, DS2).
