TRANSCRIPTOME ANALYSIS OF BURKITT LYMPHOMA CELLS AFTER TIMAP KNOCKDOWN

Cumulative evidence strongly indicates a role of TIMAP in cell transformation, and that it may be elicited, at least partly, through transcription regulation. However, studies examining how TIMAP affects the gene expression of malignant cells are still lacking. Since TIMAP has been shown to be implicit in lymphomagenesis and its expression is upregulated in BL, we sought to identify transcripts which expression is deregulated following TIMAP knockdown in BL cells and gain an insight into the cellular pathways that might be influenced by TIMAP expression. The findings will ultimately aid researchers inunderstanding how TIMAP functions in BL.
