资源简介:
The objective of this proposal is to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the electronic structure of Fe1/3TaS2 and Co1/3TaS2 2D magnetic compounds. The primary aim is to conclusively demonstrate that transition metal intercalation in Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs) results in a universally significant reshaping of the Fermi Surface induced by the magnetic intercalated metal. Indeed, our preliminary calculation on Fe1/3TaS2, predicts the emergence of an unforeseen topological band, with Fe-3d character, that crosses the Fermi level. Furthermore, we seek to highlight the strong dependency of this reshaping on the photon energy utilized in the ARPES measurements and to follow, for the first time in these compounds, its evolution as a function of the temperature to point out the role of magnetism on the electronic structure.
