This study examined the impact of Jackfruit Leaf Extract (JLE) supplementation on broiler chicken performance, gut health, and meat quality as a potential alternative to antibiotic growth promoters. One hundred forty-four day-old Arbor Acre broiler chicks were randomly assigned to four groups, receiving JLE in their drinking water at concentrations of 0, 1, 3, and 5 mL/L for 17 days.
