This dataset proposes an extraction of the National Address Base (BAN) in the department of Haute-Garonne. * * * * The National Address Base is one of the nine databases of the public reference data service.It is the only address database officially recognised by the administration. It is part of the State’s information and communication system and is therefore under the responsibility of the Prime Minister. It is managed by the Digital Interministerial Directorate (DINUM), which is responsible for defining its governance and operating arrangements (following a decision of the Prime Minister). Its construction is ensured by many partners, and in the first place by the municipalities, the only competent authorities in terms of address.
