The crystal structure of the catalyst was characterized using the X'Pert PRO MPD X-ray diffractometer from Panalytical in the Netherlands. The catalyst was tested using a Thermo Scientific K-Alpha photoelectron spectrometer to obtain X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) of the catalyst. The catalyst was measured using the Autusorb 6B low-temperature nitrogen physical adsorption instrument from Quantachrome, USA, to obtain the N2 adsorption desorption isotherm curve of the catalyst. Use FEI Talos F200X field emission electron microscope to observe transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images of the catalyst. Using ThermoScientific Icap 6300 ICP-OES from the United States, the sample was diluted 50 times to detect the content of various metal elements in the sample. Raman spectroscopy was performed using Renishaw Australia (UK) and an excitation light source with a wavelength of 532 nm at room temperature. Use an electron paramagnetic resonance instrument to determine the sulfur vacancies and their relative content of the catalyst at room temperature. NH3-TPD and H2-TPD were measured using Quantachrome CHEMBET-3000 fully automatic programmed temperature adsorption instrument.
