Our feeding program was applied on an intensive production system with 1080 broiler Ross 308 flocks, DNA was isolated from fecal samples, and we sequenced16S rRNA V3-V4 region. With this study we focused on the therapeutic potential of natural, bioactive components (carotenoids, anrthocyanins) of food industry plant waste materials, probiotics, prebiotics, fructooligosacharides enriched forage by revealing compositional shifts in gastointestinal microbiota and discuss how these might relate to the growth performance of chicken. According to our expectations, nutraceuticals may serve promising to stimulate GIT health and not deteriorate chicken development.
