Dataset for: Long-term Dynamics and Driving Factors of Vegetation Recovery under Fire Disturbance in Northeast China, 2000–2023

This dataset contains 10,761 post-fire vegetation recovery observations (2004–2023) from 30 m × 30 m forest pixels burned in Northeast China during the 2003 fire event. It includes spectral indices (NDVI, NBR, TCW), the Post-fire Recovery Composite Index (PRCI) derived via PCA, recovery stage indicators (early/late), burn severity classes (low/moderate/high), and environmental drivers (temperature, precipitation, solar radiation, elevation, slope, aspect, vegetation type).
